Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply when you buy a tag kit from the Tapcord service (tapcord.app), operated by Gridvise Limited (Company No. 09002112). They sit alongside our terms of service. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) at checkout and include VAT where applicable. As a guide, an 8-pack is around GBP 9–12 and a 20-pack around GBP 19–25; the price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised and we send you an order confirmation by email.
Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, with typical delivery in 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, tell us of your decision by a clear statement — for example, an email to hello@tapcord.app. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel; you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If something is faulty
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything in these terms. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If a tag kit is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund:
- Within 30 days of receiving faulty goods, you can ask for a full refund.
- After 30 days and within 6 months, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement; if that fails, a refund.

Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
